I've coached over 1,100 early-stage startups and founders (pre-seed through Series B). So what I'm looking for next.A remote role (preferably a company/team either based in □□ or that works #asynchronous ) and where I can build and scale teams, products, and companies. □ Created an environment of transparency & trust to share feedback on what I can be doing better, mental health, their jobs, and so much more. □️ Created a career trajectory that offered mentoring/coaching, real project opportunities, and more to help each person move to their next role. □□ Implemented personal development time so each member of my team had time daily/2x a week to up-skill for their future selves. Yes, even customer-facing teams can work & excel in 4 days. ✍️ Implemented an async by default practice/culture within my teams □ Implemented an employee recognition program so employees could give each other high fives & and some real □ for the great teamwork □ Updated the maternity policy adding another month off □ 7 up-sell opportunities handed over to sales. A number of these conversations led to saved renewals and □ 75+ meetings with customers that we had never spoken with besides renewal conversations. ✉️ Starting from 0, within 4 months we were able to receive 100s of replies to our engagement messages leading to And to create partnerships with customers to build long-term relationships and renewals. I was able to do the 2 things I'm most passionate about work. As I look forward to the next opportunity I look back at the achievements & opportunities of growth I've enjoyed over the past 6 months.
